The Future Ready project aims to prepare Young Adult Carer’s for future employability. This exciting new initiative is aimed at Young Adult Carers between the ages of 18 to 24 in the Dacorum area. The programme is designed to develop the young adults’ personal journey to employment. This will take the form of bespoke mentoring and training opportunities, with the needs of each individual to be the priority. The programme will offer volunteering and work experience placements as well as trips, visits, guest speakers and a focus on upskilling and employability skills development.
