How it Works – PRE- BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL AND ALL HIRES ARE FOR 7 DAYS

1. Browse our Library
2. Become a member to hire (must be 18 years or over)
   • Membership costs just £12 per year. 
   • Items range from £4 – £20 per week to hire.
   • All hires are for 1 week. Hire your item from the day you wish to collect it and return it on the day the hire ends.
3. Collect your item during our open hours
   • We are based at the Marlowes carpark, Level A, with the Shopmobility office.
   • Our team will give you the item and provide you with any additional info you may need
   • Strictly 15 minutes free in the carpark for collection. If more is required, please inform staff to avoid any carpark fines.
4. Use, Clean and Return your Item
   • Once you have used the item as much as you need, please clean it and take care that any loose parts are not lost.
   • Return the item on the last day of your hire period during our opening hours.
   • Our team will give the item a quick visual check to ensure it is ready for the next hire.
