Welcome to Community Engagement
Our Community Engagement services are delivered to support the voluntary sector in the borough. Our aim is to network, create partnerships and help start & develop community groups and charities. We offer volunteer recruitment and management support, networking forums, training & events for our members. Support is provided online or face to face from our offices in the High Street and the Roundhouse Community Hub in the Marlowes.

To become a member of Community Action Dacorum
The membership fee for 2024/25 is £40.00 invoiced annually. Membership also includes access to other CAD services, including minibus hire, payroll services and 25% reduction on advertising on Radio Dacorum.

DBS Checks- for member organisations
Does your organisation have a safeguarding policy? if not our communities team at the Roundhouse can help you with this. contact loretta@communityactiondacorum.org.uk
As a part of your safeguarding policy you may require for your staff and volunteers working, or volunteering on a regular basis, in a regulated activity with children, young people or vulnerable adults a DBS check and we can help you with that too. Contact kerry@communityactiondacorum.org.uk
