Radio Dacorum and The Repair Shed get involved at The  

Hemel Old Town Beer Festival 🍻 

The countdown is on for the Hemel Old Town Beer Festival (18th–20th July), and this year, Community Action Dacorum is proudly getting involved — twice over! 

Radio Dacorum is sponsoring a festival barrel, ensuring plenty of good cheer, while another of our charity projects, The Repair Shed, will be celebrated through the featured July monthly special brew from Tring Brewery — Clawhammer. 

Brewed in honour of The Repair Shed, Clawhammer is a bold American Pale Ale, inspired by the ‘elbow grease’ ethos of The Sheds. Its rich blend of pine, grapefruit, honey, and caramel flavours makes it a must-try. Every pint helps raise awareness and support for the Shed’s mission to combat loneliness and isolation through hands-on making, mending, and camaraderie.
